What Is Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional service offered at checkout that provides additional coverage for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. This service allows for priority replacement of eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Shipping Protection is not an insurance policy and is not underwritten by a third-party insurer. It is a service provided directly by us.

What Is Covered

If Shipping Protection is selected at checkout, we will offer replacement of eligible items for the following situations:

  • Lost packages confirmed as lost by the carrier
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Stolen packages where tracking shows delivery but the package was not received

Coverage applies only while the order is in transit from our facility to the delivery address provided at checkout.

What Is Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Refunds of any kind
  • Orders marked as delivered where theft cannot be reasonably verified
  • Delays caused by the carrier that do not result in loss
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages redirected, forwarded, or altered after shipment
  • Damage caused after delivery, including improper storage or handling
  • Orders returned to sender due to refusal or failure to accept delivery

Replacement Policy

Approved Shipping Protection claims are eligible for replacement only.

  • Replacements will be issued for the same item(s) originally purchased, subject to availability
  • If the original item is unavailable, a comparable item of equal value may be provided at our discretion
  • Shipping Protection covers the product value only and does not include shipping fees, taxes, or other charges

No refunds, credits, or cash equivalents will be issued under Shipping Protection.

How to File a Shipping Protection Claim

Claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • Lost packages: No sooner than 7 days and no later than 30 days after the last carrier tracking update
  • Damaged items: Within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging
  • Stolen packages: Within 5 days of marked delivery

Supporting documentation may be required to process a claim.

Processing Time

Once a claim is approved, replacement orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines for replacement shipments may vary based on location and carrier.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Protection is optional and must be selected at checkout
  • Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable
  • Coverage applies per order and is limited to one replacement shipment per claim
  • Orders without Shipping Protection are not guaranteed replacement coverage
