Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers. If you don't see what you're looking for, reach out to our team directly at admin@alphaoneaminos.com .

01 What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids studied in laboratory and scientific research settings for their potential roles in biological processes — including metabolic function, cellular signaling, skin health, and more. All products sold by Alpha One Aminos are strictly for research and development use only and are not intended for human consumption.

02 Are your products third-party tested?

Yes — every batch. Alpha One Aminos partners with independent laboratories to test all of our compounds for purity and potency before they ship. You can view the Certificates of Analysis for our products directly on our Testing & Certificates page.

03 Do you ship to Houston and across the U.S.?

Absolutely. We're proud to be Houston-based, and we ship nationwide Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Whether you're local to Houston or ordering from across the country, we work hard to get your order out fast.

04 What is the difference between GLP-1, GLP-2, and GLP-3 compounds?

These terms refer to different receptor targets studied in metabolic research. GLP-1 compounds target a single receptor linked to insulin and appetite signaling. GLP-2 is a dual agonist targeting both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. GLP-3 is a tri-agonist studied for its interaction with three receptors. All are active areas of research in weight and metabolic science. All products are for research use only.

05 How should I store my research compounds?

Storage instructions vary by compound. As a general guideline, lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light until reconstitution — then refrigerated. Please refer to the storage instructions page on our site or contact our team for product-specific guidance.

06 Are these products safe for human use?

No. All products sold by Alpha One Aminos are intended for research and development purposes only and are not approved for human use. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

07 How do I reach customer support?
